Questions schools ask

What counts as a clash?

The same teacher in two different classes in the same period, or one class with two lessons in the same period. Teaching while marked unavailable is listed separately.

How are substitutes chosen?

Only teachers with no class and no unavailability in that period. Teachers of the same subject come first, then whoever has the lightest day.

Can I share the timetable?

Yes. The share link replaces every teacher’s name with a stand-in such as Teacher 2, so clashes still show but names never leave your device.

Does it build the timetable for me?

No. It checks a timetable you have made. The timetable in-charge keeps the final say.
